The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Conroe, Houston and Channelview in Texas, and the Central Valley of Costa Rica around Alajuela.

Do you handle cleaning yourselves?

Yes. We own our cleaning company, so turnovers are staffed by our own team rather than subcontracted, which is the main reason our homes hold their ratings.

What kind of properties do you take on?

Whole homes of two bedrooms and up in the markets we already operate. We are selective, because taking on a property that cannot perform does not serve either side.

Can you also fill the property with longer stays?

Yes. We place insurance, relocation, medical and corporate guests for thirty nights and longer, which is often what fills the quieter months for an owner.

What we actually do

Most owners come to us after trying it themselves and finding that the work is not the booking, it is everything around it. The rate that should have moved last Tuesday. The guest asking a question at eleven at night. The cleaner who did not show on a same day turnover.

We take all of it. You keep the asset and the income, and stop running an operation you did not intend to run.
